Crewing agency "MarineCom" was established in 2004. Our young company based on professionals, which were involved in marine business and activity.

Odessa Ukraine is supplying Ukrainian English-speaking seafarers to foreign Companies, including flag of convenience ships, practically for all type vessels (Dry Cargo, Bulk Carrier, Oil Tankers, Chemical Tankers, LPG, Containers, Reefers, Fishing Trawlers, Tugs & Barges and also Cruise Liners).

Our agencylicensed and exists under the laws of Ukraine. "MarineCom" office supplied with all set of documents, forms (certified copy) of ISM Code.

To meet the requirements of the Principals, "MarineCom" Ltd supplies qualified and competent ship staff and puts great attention on screening and selection of seafarers.

Selection of seamen is made in accordance to their previous experience on the vessels or similar types of vessel/engines. On screening and selection procedure also we pay special attention to personal qualities of seafarers: professionalism, motivation, loyalty. The worthy attention is given to knowledge of English language, is verified orally and in written.

We have in our own crew database with more than 3000 Officers/Engineers and ratings, and our database constantly updating and increasing. We use special database software developed by our personal, which fully familiarized with all manning procedures and have experience in this activity. We can propose you very experience superintendent candidates, which can adequately represent your company and your interests. Also we can propose you the qualified repair squads for the shipyards.

Our crew agents in the capital of Ukraine - Kiev are obtaining for our seafarers transit entry visas and receiving tickets according to PTA in time. Our agency cooperates with medical centers at Odessa, which gives to our candidates the best medical services. Provides the medical examination, drug/alcohol tests, according to the international norms.
